A massage that manipulates the body using alternating long and short strokes, increasing circulation as it relieves tension, aiding in the body’s own restorative powers.

COUPLES MASSAGE

Designed to be shared with a significant other, or you can simply enjoy some bonding time with a best friend, daughter, mother, father or sibling while indulging in a side-by-side Therapeutic Massage. Add aromatherapy for $10 per client. Not available for 30-minutes.

MEDICAL MASSAGE

Concentrating on addressing specific health conditions and injuries, these sessions are guided by clinical assessments and treatment plans, aiming to alleviate pain and promote healing. This is a gentler approach that works superficially with the connective tissue to provide you with an opportunity to connect with your body while working with the autonomic nervous system to give you a space where you can rest from the fight-or-flight state that we often feel moving through our days.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness and sore shoulders. Some of the same strokes are used as in Swedish massage but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain in order to reach the sub-layer of muscles and the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). 

CBD MASSAGE

CBD massage reduces inflammation in tissue and allows the therapist to access and release muscles on a deeper level. Since it doesn't penetrate the bloodstream, topical cannabis has no psychogenic effects (meaning you won't get stoned), but it relaxes muscles, allowing the therapist to go deeper without causing pain.

CUPPING MASSAGE

Cupping Massage involves an oil or lotion placed on the body, allowing the cup, with suction remaining engaged, to be moved over a larger area. Cupping Massage is a great way to cover a larger area of the body, predominately on the back, to treat conditions locally, as well as in other areas of the body.

ASHIATSU (BAREFOOT) MASSAGE

Ashiatsu is a deeply relaxing therapy, where the therapist uses her feet and body weight to relax the muscles. The therapist must have coordination, balance, as well as a skilled but instinctual ability to apply the appropriate amount of pressure to different areas of the body.

PRENATAL / POST-PARTUM (PREGNANCY) MASSAGE

Pregnancy massage focuses on the dramatic structural, physiological and psychological ways a mom-to-be is changed and challenged during this time. While not intended to replace appropriate medical care, it can enhance this special time by relieving some of the common discomforts related to pregnancy – including postpartum – such as neck, back and hip pain as well as the stress of being a new mom! Some of our therapists are trained to work with more complicated prenatal issues. CHILDREN’S MASSAGE

Massage is a wonderful stress-buster for children. Oftentimes when we think about stress, we think of it as an adult condition. But young infants and children are also prone to stress. A young child starting school could experience stress. Family illness or financial problems, divorce and even vacations can produce emotional strain. One of the benefits of massage therapy is a reduction in stress and stress hormone levels.
