Please note that due to limitations within our online booking system, the available appointment times ARE NOT guaranteed.  A member of our administrative staff may call to shift your appointment up or down to maximize the therapist’s schedule.  If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the appointment will be denied.  If you require a very specific appointment, we request that you call or email the office (elmcitywellness@gmail.com) to avoid this issue. 

We have two locations within New Haven – please make sure you are choosing the correct location as to which office you’d like to be seen. 

**Please note that some therapists only work at one location or the other.  The Trumbull Street location has street (metered) parking and does have a few steps to get in/out so it is NOT handicapped accessible. 

If you require handicapped accessibility, please book at Orange Street.
