A CREDIT CARD OR OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO GUARANTEE AND RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Your card will be charged a 50% deposit. If the cancellation is more than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment. If you are using a gift certificate, it will be redeemed to pay for the missed appointment.
